The HealthWise Review Editorial Team
Reviews on HealthWise Review are written and edited by the HealthWise Team, a small editorial group that researches health and wellness products and explains them in plain language. We publish under a shared team name rather than rotating bylines, and every review follows the same process and standards described below.
How our reviews are produced
We start from a product’s own sales page and the claims its maker actually makes. From there, each review follows four steps:
- Read the maker’s claims and marketing in full.
- Examine the formula, ingredients, and mechanism the maker describes.
- Weigh the realistic strengths and limitations of what is on offer.
- Write a plain-language verdict on who the product suits and who should skip it.
How we rate
Each review carries an editorial rating on a five-point scale. It is our own assessment, not an average of user votes or customer reviews, so we never present it as crowd-sourced. We do not publish fabricated review counts, testimonials, or statistics; where a figure comes from the maker, we attribute it to the maker rather than stating it as established fact.
Editorial standards
HealthWise Review is reader-supported and uses affiliate links, but a commission never buys a better review. Assessments are written independently of any commercial relationship, which you can read more about on our affiliate disclosure page. We use careful, compliant language for supplements and make no medical, treatment, or cure claims.
Not medical advice
Nothing on HealthWise Review is medical advice. The information here is general and educational. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement or changing your health routine. Questions about our process? Contact us.
